Engineero is a professional engineering firm in the Netherlands with offices in the vibrant cities of Enschede and Groningen. We operate in various Mechanical Engineering industries such as Energy, Defense, Medical, Automotive and Semicon. We provide smart engineering solutions to our customers within the high tech & industrial sector.
Due to the continuous and increasing demand for engineers, Engineero also focuses on recruiting candidates from outside the borders of the Netherlands. What our process looks like
If you have made the decision to work for Engineero and live in the Netherlands, there is an entire process involved. Engineero is the bridge between you and working and living in the Netherlands. We take care of the whole process from A to Z, from your first job interview to signing your contract and integrating in the Netherlands. You can think of:
- The onboarding process
- Car (if necessary for the project)
- Necessary tools, such as laptop and phone
- A suitable project within our organization
- All sorts of allowences (interior cheque, finding a house etc.)

What do we ask of you?
- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in your field
- You intend to work for Engineero for at least 2 years
- You are interested in the Dutch language and culture
- You are adventurous
